At IIABOOKS, we carefully package and inspect all items before they are shipped. Because books and educational materials can be easily used, most items are final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly work with you to resolve it.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through iiabooks.com are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement item, if available
A store credit
A refund to the original payment method (if a replacement is not available)

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this:

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Shipping Issues

IIABOOKS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for:

The original shipping cost
Any return shipping fees
The cost to reship the order

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
