Order Processing

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During sales, Ramadan, Eid, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We may not be able to modify the order once it has been processed
  • If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, IIABOOKS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If needed, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, IIABOOKS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered:

  • Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup
  • Please wait for the pickup confirmation before arriving

Pickup availability may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to holidays, travel, or store closures. Any such updates will be announced on our website or social media.

 

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability.
